Mindful Hypnobirthing is a combination of hypnosis and mindfulness that helps women to have a positive birth experience. Hypnobirthing empowers you to trust your body's natural ability to birth, reducing the fear-tension-pain cycle and promoting a proactive approach to labour. 

It’s all about building self-efficacy – your belief in yourself to birth your baby.

I facilitate Hypnobirthing Workshops throughout the year and offer an introduction to Hypnobirthing as part of Little Roo’s Bump to Baby Series.
