Doula Support
Hi I’m Aoife, based in Dublin, Ireland. As a qualified antenatal yoga teacher and trained birth doula I’m here to support you on your pregnancy journey. Through weekly classes, group workshops, and private one-on-one doula support, I offer a holistic approach to help you feel centred, confident, and prepared for birth. My classes blend gentle yoga, mindful breathing, and evidence-based practices to nurture both body and mind.
